Here is my Shopify Vs. WooCommerce Review
Shopify vs. WordPress review, where to begin. I made the switch. Shopify to WooCommerce. My experience with WooCommerce has been amazing. I’m loving it. Shopify is really user friendly and easy to set up. Its user friendly platform leaves no room for real customization. Being a content creator, I like posting video’s and other types of media. Shopify was just not able to provide me with the customization that I needed. I just paid for 3 years of web-hosting up front with SiteGround. WordPress for 3 years costs the same as 3 months with Shopify. I was able to make this site in a few days, and it’s much more customized.
No More Limitations on Customization
I’m able to post affiliate links, and really link to anything. Post ads if I really want. No more limitations with a WordPress site. Learning WordPress was easy, and there is no way I’d ever go back to Shopify. I would have built an amazing site by now had I known, and saved hundreds of dollars. If you’re looking to build an e-commerce site, I totally recommend using Woocommerce plug in for WordPress over Shopify. Learning WordPress was easy thanks to all the videos on YouTube.
Price Comparison and Best Web-hosting Service For E-Commerce
Woocommerce vs. Shopify…. Woocommerce wins hands down! If you want to get started on WordPress I found an awesome hosting site called SiteGround which is probably the cheapest hosting I could find with free SSL certificates. SSL certificate makes your site safe. I found it really easy to navigate SiteGround and I totally recommend it as it is only 3.95$/mo. Shopify really needs to lower their prices or they are honestly going to go out of business. I paid 30$/mo with Shopify plus an extra 10$/mo for needed apps that I already get for free in Woocommerce. Anyways that’s my take. Please leave a comment and tell me which one you like better or if this has been helpful.
